CT4WD Driver Training

An Overview

At CT4WD we are serious about promoting and educating Toyota 4WD owner's with safe and proper 4WD techniques and trail ethics that abide by the Tread Lightly! principals.  With Bill Burke Trained CT4WD Instructors, we are commited to providing high level education and awareness to our Members.

With more and more trail closures in our backyards due to irresponsible 4WD owners tearing up the lands, we are committed to providing education and awareness to conquer the redneck, mud bogging stereotype that is associated with exploring the lands with a 4WD vehicle.  We believe the change must come from the inside out and we need to take action to provide good habits from the start.

This is also for those of us who participate in backcountry sports such as climbing, hiking, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, kayaking, etc... Most of us have a Toyota 4WD which enable us to access remote locations to enjoy the outdoors.  Many of these backcountry sports require taking your Toyota 4WD off the beaten path.  We are able to provide the knowledge to self-recover, spot, and pilot yourself when you access your next self propelled adventure.

We believe with serious education and a large community of responsible Toyota 4WD owners that use and maintain the trails, we will have a fighting chance to save the trails from closures and make a difference in North America.

Each level of Education and Training will provide CT4WD Members the ability to run the varying level of CT4WD Official Trail Runs
